Treatments are grouped into custom facials, facials, acne management, chemical peels and Korean skincare. Custom options include The Skin Voodoo Ritual, a 90-minute custom facial, and a Korean BioHydro-Microchanneling Spicule Infusion finished with salmon PDRN, exosomes and epidermal growth factors.

For skin that breaks out, the studio offers The Purification: Acne Facial and Wish Pro Acne Peels. Its peel menu includes a 5 Berry brightening and depigmentation peel, an alpha/beta peel for combination and congested skin, a firming peptide peel, and low-downtime Linder Health peels in the Polite, Her0 and Spotless versions.

Before a facial, clients are asked to avoid sun exposure for at least 24 hours and to pause acids, vitamin C, retinoids and retinol for at least 3 days. Retinoids and tretinoin should be stopped at least 7 days before a peel. Afterward, the studio advises avoiding active products until the skin has fully healed, using gentle cleansers and moisturizers in the meantime.

Appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment price may apply.

According to the studio, its facials are guided by expert care and education, and it uses evidence-based products for skin healing.
