Facials are the core of the menu. The Deep Cleansing Facial is a 60-minute visit that includes extractions, neck and shoulder massage, facial massage and a nutritional mask. The Extraction Facial adds extra steam and extractions over 75 minutes, and the Relaxation Facial takes the deep cleansing format with more massage and rest time. There is also a teen facial with extractions, a longer teen version with extra steam, an Aromatherapy Facial that skips extractions in favor of added massage, and a Mini Facial of 45 minutes that is shaped around each client's needs. Glycolic acid, lactic acid or TCA can be added to any facial for an extra $10 or more.

Peels range from a 30-minute Pumpkin Peel, which can be booked alone or with a facial, to glycolic, lactic and TCA peels priced from $60 to $155. The 30-minute Back Treatment is a deep cleansing service for the back. Waxing covers the face, underarms, bikini and sideburns, and brow and lash tinting are also available.

Clients are asked to stop Retin-A, glycolic acid and similar products 5 to 7 days before an appointment. Changes or cancellations need 48 hours' notice to avoid charges for missed or last-minute visits. Payment is by cash or check, and gift certificates are available, including eGift cards in set amounts of $25, $50, $75 and $100 or a custom amount through Square.

The salon states it has been voted Best Facial more than 20 times, was named KCRA A-List Best Facial, and was named Best of Elk Grove and Best Place for a Facial.
