Visits begin with a consultation. An in-person consultation lasts about 30 minutes and covers past and current skin condition and a treatment plan; a virtual option is held over Google Meet, Zoom or FaceTime. Chemical peels and microneedling require a consultation before booking, and laser therapy does too for new clients or anyone not seen in more than a year. The salon says its licensed providers customize each laser and microneedling session, and a Good Faith Exam with a nurse practitioner is required before any laser service.
The menu runs from in-clinic laser work to lighter facials. Aerolase Neo treatments include NeoSkin for acne, melasma and hyperpigmentation, rejuvenation and tightening, and rosacea, redness and veins, plus NeoClear for acne; the salon says Aerolase Neo addresses more than 30 concerns. Chemical peels come in several tiers, from a superficial peel with no downtime to a deeper multi-month program for hyperpigmentation, melasma and acne scars, with a herbal green peel line and an RDS Stem Cell Peel as well. HydraFacials come in a classic 45 to 60 minute version and a 120 minute version with neck, decolleté and lymphatic drainage. Microneedling uses an FDA-cleared device and can be combined with a peel, CO2 Lift or growth-factor and exosome add-ons. Dermaplaning, cryo cooling, laser hair removal, skin tag and spider vein removal, and stretch mark treatment round out the list.
Booking is done on the website, except that phone bookings are taken for membership clients. Intake forms arrive by text and email after booking and must be completed before the visit. Clients are asked to arrive no more than 15 minutes early, arrive without makeup, and stop exfoliants a week before. Reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice to avoid full-price charges. Payments, deposits and services are generally non-refundable, and only one client is seen at a time, so guests are not allowed except an accompanied minor. Two monthly memberships, Glow Level and Radiance Level, bundle a monthly peel or facial, with the Radiance tier adding a HydraFacial and an RDS Stem Cell Peel; memberships cannot be paused or frozen.
Combines in-clinic treatments with medical-grade skincare for home use into a customized plan, with product recommendations built around each client's treatments. Consultations come before peels, microneedling and laser work.
