Before choosing a treatment, clients can book a free 25-minute consultation, held virtually or in person. Clients submit a short form with their concerns and routine, along with photos taken without makeup, so the esthetician can prepare before the video call. Facials are arranged from a light 25-minute option at $70 up to a 95-minute session at $215, with a 65-minute signature facial at $133 and a 65-minute acne-support and brightening treatment at $180 in between.

Facial menus include a range of methods, from professional skin analysis and massage to ultrasonic exfoliation, microdermabrasion, microcurrent, LED light, oxygen infusion, enzymatic peels and extractions. The waxing menu covers single areas such as underarms, arms, legs, back, chest and stomach, along with several Brazilian options, from a version that leaves more hair to a full removal that takes about 65 minutes. Visits are scheduled for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, with Tuesday running the latest.

Clients are asked to arrive with a clean face and no heavy makeup for facials, and to keep hair at least a quarter inch long for waxing. The studio recommends avoiding sun, tanning beds and retinol for two days before waxing. After a facial, direct sun should be avoided for at least two days, and makeup is best held off for a few hours or until the next day. Waxing results typically last three to four weeks, depending on how quickly hair grows back. Clients who have had Botox, fillers or laser are advised to wait one to two weeks before a facial.

Free parking is available in the garage entrance to the left of Phenix Salon Suites, and accessible street parking is also nearby. Products are sold through an online shop.
