Each facial is tailored to the client's concerns, with several techniques to choose from, and clients can note a preferred modality when booking. The 30-minute Express Facial is a custom treatment without massage, neck or décolleté care. The 60-minute Signature Facial leaves out décolleté care, while the 90-minute Deluxe Facial includes neck and décolleté. Nano Infusion can only be added to the Signature or Deluxe. Hydroglow is a single $180 treatment that exfoliates, hydrates, extracts and applies an antioxidant serum. Other options include microdermabrasion, LED therapy, jelly mask, enzyme booster and derma-planning. The Chemical Peel is an acid-based treatment aimed at acne, pigmentation, fine lines, wrinkles and texture. It isn't offered to first-time clients and requires home care.

Acne Bootcamp is a program built on Face Reality home care products and in-office treatments. New clients begin with a consultation for $50, or a consultation plus treatment for $135. The bi-weekly treatment at $85 includes extractions, high frequency, Blue LED and a home care adjustment. Clients start bi-weekly appointments and should expect to make diet and lifestyle changes alongside home care, and home care products run roughly $125 to $200 at the first appointment. The studio says about 80% of program results come from home care. Clear skin typically takes around 3 to 4 months, depending on acne type and how closely home care is followed.

Microneedling is a collagen-stimulating treatment that addresses pores, acne scars, wrinkles and sagging skin, and multiple sessions are recommended. A single session is $275, a series of four is $1,000, which saves $100, and a series of six is $1,375, which saves $275. Body microneedling starts at $150, with the price depending on the area, and can be used on scars and stretch marks. Add-on chest microneedling is $30. Body Services include a Back Facial at $100, Back Microdermabrasion using a diamond tip at $130, a Peach Facial for the buttocks at $60, and Vagacial, a facial-style intimate-area treatment with steam exfoliation and ingrown hair extraction, at $60.

Cancellations and reschedules are requested at least 24 hours ahead. Appointments cancelled with less notice are charged 50% of the service cost, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full cost. Arriving 15 or more minutes late results in cancellation and a cancellation fee, and service times are not extended for late arrivals. An unpaid cancellation invoice blocks new bookings until it is settled.

Treatments are tailored to each client, and the studio uses current techniques with products it describes as top quality.
