The studio is open Tuesday through Friday from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm, with added evening hours on Wednesday and Thursday from 5:30 to 8:00 pm, and Saturday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Clients are asked to arrive ten minutes before their appointment to check in. A ten-minute grace period covers late arrivals, and appointments end at their scheduled time so the next client is not kept waiting. Children are not allowed at the studio.
Gift cards are sold online as eGift cards in amounts of $30, $135, $200 and $270, or in a custom amount. A card can go to one recipient, to several recipients, or be pooled from multiple contributors as a group gift.
