Ruby's signature facial massage combines deep tissue facial manipulation with lymphatic drainage, and it appears in several facials on the menu. Each facial is customized to the client's needs and includes Ruby's signature techniques. The studio says it uses only the finest products, and the shop lists brands including Environ, Dr. Loretta, Biomecult and Face Reality.

The studio says acne has both internal and external causes and should be approached clinically and holistically. Acne-focused options include an Acne Consultation, a light depth Acne Peel that the studio recommends once or twice a month with minimal downtime, the Signature Acne Facial with LightStim LED therapy, and the Maintenance Acne Facial, which includes ozone treatment.

Microneedling is offered in two forms. Cell Story Liquid Microneedling is a 60-minute treatment using the CELLSTORY PLUS Meso-Care system and Microspear liquid needle technology, which the studio describes as a professional-only eight-step system without traditional microneedling downtime. SkinPen microneedling for the face and neck is also 60 minutes and includes a consultation, full numbing and a customized post-care plan, and a package of three treatments is available. Mild redness is expected for 24 to 72 hours afterward.

First-time clients who book with Ruby must book a new client appointment, such as the Soft Start, the Signature + Consultation or the Acne Reset. First-time clients booking with Claudia can choose any appointment for their first visit. New client visits end with a written summary and homecare and product recommendations. A $50 Product Consultation is available, and its fee is applied toward products bought during the visit.

The studio treats each facial as customized to the client, and it describes acne as needing a clinical and holistic approach.
