Amber Rouzan is the person behind it, and the business covers a mix of skin care, chemical peels, waxing, makeup, teeth whitening, and one-on-one classes.

Appointments are required and walk-ins are not accepted, though clients can text or call to ask about same-day openings. Bookings take a card at the time of booking, which is held until after the appointment, and a deposit is required to reserve a time. Deposits are nonrefundable. A client may reschedule once using the original deposit, and a second reschedule means forfeiting that deposit and making a new booking.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, or the full price of the service is charged. Clients who do not call and do not show are charged the full price of the booked service and are barred from the online booking site. Arriving more than seven minutes late can lead to cancellation or an extra $20 charge.

Clients must be 18 or older, or be accompanied by a parent if younger. Guests who come along with a client are not permitted. The studio does not currently accept new clients from New Orleans. Payment is by cash, Apple Pay, or Zelle, and new clients who pay the remaining balance by card must bring a copy of their ID on arrival.

The stated aim is to help each client reach their own skin goals.
