Services are by appointment only, and bookings are made through the studio's online scheduling platform. Requests sent by phone, email, text, or direct message cannot be confirmed until the appointment is booked online.

The studio's signature offering is the bespoke facial. The 60-minute version includes a skin analysis, deep cleansing, custom exfoliation, congestion clearing, restorative tools as needed, facial massage, a targeted nourishing mask, and finishing serums, moisturizer, and SPF. The 90-minute version follows the same steps and adds a Korean body treatment for the arms and hands, massage for the face, neck, and décolleté, and a Carboxy treatment, a carbon dioxide infused firming mask paired with red light therapy.

Skin consultations are a separate booking and can be done virtually. They cover skin history, current routine, preferences, lifestyle factors, and longer-term goals, and end with a personalized product lineup and a follow-up email with morning and evening routine adjustments. Clients who buy recommended products afterward receive 15% off products the esthetician carries and free shipping, though buying is not required.

Practical policies are stated clearly. A card is kept on file to reserve a time, and cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 hours ahead. A reminder text goes out two days before. A $50 fee is charged for no-shows or unanswered bookings. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten the service while the full fee applies, at the esthetician's discretion. The studio is gratuity-free, and children and pets are not permitted. Teens under 18 may book with a parent present.

Treatments are built around each client's skin and routine, with restorative techniques used as needed and home-care suggestions to support the work between visits.
