The facial menu is arranged in levels. Beauty Maintenance covers essential rejuvenation and everyday skin health, and Damage Control targets early-stage concerns so they can be managed before they progress. Skin Reversal and Beyond levels use more advanced technology and techniques for a wider range of concerns. According to the studio, its higher Skin Reversal and Beyond treatments help slow and reverse signs of aging, reduce discoloration and clear acne. Clients can book single facials at any level or commit to one of the seven facial series.

Most facials include a light massage of the neck and décolleté. Clients are wrapped during the visit and decide whether to remove their top. Each treatment can be adjusted to the client's wishes and needs, and questions are encouraged. New clients complete a medical history form, a skin assessment and a cancellation agreement, and are asked to mention any medical conditions when booking. Clients are asked not to wax or shave the face the day before, and to leave children and pets at home.

Booking involves a $95 deposit per service, or the full price for services under $95, charged 48 hours before the appointment. Appointments should be confirmed or canceled at least 48 hours ahead; late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Cancellations can be made by calling the office, including after hours by voicemail. The studio states that 15 percent is a customary tip, adjusted for the quality of service.

Beyond treatments, the studio supports clients through education, advice and product recommendations. Its online shop carries body care, cleansers, eye care, lip care, masks, moisturizers, serums, sunscreen and toners, along with candles, books, kits and gift cards. The studio describes its products as made with pure ingredients and publishes video tutorials on skin care tips and maintenance, including vitamin C and nighttime routines.
