According to the practice, its approach is balanced and subtle, centered on long-term skin health and care tailored to each person. The practice says it uses only FDA-approved treatments, and that many of its providers are national trainers for injectable manufacturers, teaching other medical professionals to inject. It states that Allergan, the maker of BOTOX, has certified it among the 10 most-experienced clinics across the country. A visit can begin with a complimentary consultation offered without commitment. Options include a 60-minute new guest consultation with an injection specialist, 30- and 45-minute skin health consultations with an esthetician, and a 30-minute Sofwave consultation. Santa Monica consultations include a thorough review, honest guidance and a personalized plan. Payment plans are offered. Appointment changes need 24 hours notice, with a $75 fee for changes made inside that window, and missed appointments carry a $150 fee. Guests new to the practice must complete forms again in the new booking system.

Menu prices include $650 for a half syringe of select fillers, $900 for a premium syringe, $800 for Kybella, $450 for SKINVIVE, $350 for VI Peel, and $135 for the Teen Facial, which requires parental or guardian consent. Neurotoxins are priced per unit and vary by location: non-member BOTOX runs $16 to $17 per unit, DAXXIFY $9 to $9.50 per unit, and Dysport $5.25 to $5.50 per unit. The Self-Love Club membership is $350 a year. Members get a free facial add-on with full-service facials, member pricing on injectables and services, 15% off medical-grade skincare, and a $100 retail credit in their birthday month. Members also receive invitations to gatherings, seasonal promotions and a Member of the Month gift.

Parking depends on the studio. Portland offers two hours of complimentary guest parking directly in front of the building. Santa Monica has an on-site garage charging $2.50 per 15 minutes, not validated, and two hours of free parking on Harvard Street around the corner. The Bend studio is by appointment only.

Care is described as balanced and subtle, aimed at long-term skin health and customized to each person, using treatments the practice says are FDA-approved.
