The format was inspired by a surf-and-yoga retreat in Jacó, Costa Rica, and is designed around Colorado's high-altitude, dry climate. Hosts can add facials, chemical peels or injections for themselves or the group. Workshops need at least two weeks' notice and are held within 15 miles of Denver; travel beyond that area carries an additional fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are non-refundable. Professional services are booked by appointment.
