Acne work is built as a program. A New Acne Program visit runs 75 minutes and starts with an intake questionnaire and an in-depth skin analysis, followed by in-clinic treatment and a personalized home care routine. The $125 program fee is applied toward same-day acne treatments. Acne program products are not included in the treatment price and are discussed during the appointment. Acne Bootcamp Treatment is a shorter 45-minute session that requires a prior Acne Bootcamp Consultation before booking.

The facial menu ranges from an 80-minute radiance facial that includes Carboxy Therapy and a firming lifting masque, to a 45-minute customized facial for teens. Other options include a barrier support facial focused on hydration for dry, sensitive or stressed skin, a deep clean and extraction facial for congestion and clogged pores, and a facial using a firming peptide mask with LED light therapy. A chemical peel facial is selected according to skin condition and tolerance, is not performed on first-time clients, and may be changed or postponed if the skin assessment shows it is not appropriate. Clients who want to talk through options first can book a 50-minute virtual consultation for $50, with that fee going toward products or, if no products are bought, toward the appointment time.

Skin treatments include microneedling, a 90-minute session using fine sterile needles to create controlled micro-injuries, and microchanneling, a 75-minute session using a device with fine needles. Both require a consultation to determine candidacy, and results build gradually, so a series of treatments may be recommended. Temporary redness, sensitivity and downtime may occur. Lash lifts and tints are also offered, lifting and curling natural lashes with a custom tint, with results that typically last six to eight weeks depending on natural lash growth and aftercare.

The shop sells skincare from brands including Face Reality, TiZO, Mixi, GlyMed Plus, FactorFive, Corthe and Dermathod. The online shop lists more than 100 products, including sunscreens, cleansers, ampoules, peels and supplements, and also carries SEEN haircare and Kitsch hair accessories. eGift cards are available in set amounts or a custom amount.
