Skin by Jess is operated by a licensed esthetician from a suite inside Dalsy's Beaute Bar on Richmond Avenue in Houston. The menu is organized under two groups, Acne and Facials.

Acne care starts with a consultation for new clients. Current acne clients can book a 45-minute treatment for $119 that includes a cleanse, extractions, and either an acne peel or an enzyme mask chosen for their skin. It is a targeted facial and does not cover the chest, shoulders, or massage. New acne clients pay between $200 and $350 for the consultation and treatment, which includes a $50 fee that reserves time for the consultation, recommendations, and ongoing guidance. Those clients must also buy a full skincare routine, typically four to six products costing roughly $160 to $250, which is charged separately.

Facials include a Facial Treatment starting at $109 that takes 35 minutes or more, combining microdermabrasion with a diamond-tip device and nanoneedling to help serums absorb. New clients can also choose from three versions of the New Client Treatment, starting at $135 and lasting 45 minutes or more: Signature, Treatment Plus, and Signature Plus. Each mixes microdermabrasion, nano infusion with custom serums, extractions, and sheet masks with ice globes in different combinations. This treatment is not offered to clients with active acne or inflamed skin.

Practical details: the studio is open Wednesday through Saturday and closed Monday, Tuesday, and Sunday. There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, and extra guests and children are not allowed at appointments. New client consultation forms are sent by text, and product purchases are non-refundable.
