Services are grouped into Bikini and Brazilian Waxing, Face Waxing and Full Body Waxing. Brazilian and bikini waxes include up to 4 inches of inner thigh, and add-ons such as underarms, glutes and inner thighs can be combined with them. A Brazilian wax can also be paired with a vajacial, a customized facial-style treatment for that area that includes cleansing, extractions, high frequency, a mask and a finishing oil. The studio uses a mix of hard and soft wax, chosen according to hair type, and says all of its wax is hypoallergenic and suitable for all skin types.

Clients who are new to waxing are welcome, as are experienced waxers. The studio says most people find waxing less painful than they expect and that the first appointment tends to be the hardest. Appointments are by booking only, and intake and consent forms need to be completed before the visit.

The studio gives clear preparation guidance. For Brazilian and bikini waxes, hair should be grown out for at least three weeks, with no shaving or depilatory creams during that time. Clients are asked to exfoliate every two to three days, moisturize daily beforehand, avoid caffeine and Advil on the day of the wax, and book laser hair removal at least two weeks before waxing or as their provider recommends. Those using retinol, exfoliants or acids should stop at least ten days before a facial wax. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged 50% of the service. Arriving five minutes or more late counts as a no-show. Products and services are final sale.
