Services are grouped into acne, add-ons, exfoliation, facials and Green Peel, and the menu ranges from a teen facial to a multi-level plant-based peel.

Clients book by appointment only, either online through the website or by phone at 323-596-3903. Facials take between 45 minutes and an hour and can be repeated monthly. First-time clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to complete a consultation sheet, and should come without makeup, since makeup removal carries an additional fee. Guests are not permitted to accompany clients to appointments.

Some treatments are reserved for returning clients. Dermaplaning is not offered to first-time clients and is scheduled only when the skin is neither dehydrated nor breaking out, and the Green Peel is also not offered to first-time clients.

Booking requires a valid credit card and a non-refundable $25 deposit that goes toward the service. Cancellations or reschedules need 48 hours notice, with one reschedule allowed inside that window. Late cancellations, no-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full reserved amount. Cash and major credit cards are accepted, but personal checks are not. Skin care products, facial services and gift cards are non-refundable, and gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash or replaced if lost. Jewelry and valuables should be left at home, as the business is not responsible for lost items.

Treatments are built around the science of skincare products and methods that support healthy skin.
