Facials are central to the menu. The Signature Facial is a 60-minute treatment that includes an enzyme step, a facial and hand massage with herbal-infused hand mitts, extractions, a customized mask, and moisturizer and serums matched to skin type. Other facials are built around specific goals, including balancing and restoring, deep pore cleansing, brightening and tightening, a lifting treatment, a teen facial, a custom facial and a signature dermaplane facial. A dermaplane can be added to the Signature Facial for $45, and a detoxifying treatment is offered for the back.

Acne care is a major focus. Treatment starts with a skin assessment and a sensitivity test, followed by a home regimen that does not use medications. A course typically runs three to six months, with in-office visits about every two weeks alongside a home care plan that uses Face Reality products. The acne in-office visit is $85, and the initial consultation with first treatment is $175, plus an initial Face Reality product purchase of roughly $400. The business describes its acne program as proven and free of antibiotics and side effects.

The studio also offers chemical peels, microneedling, LED light therapy and waxing. Peel options include PCA peels for all skin types and concerns, a vitamin A peel for maturing skin, a mid-depth peel for visible hyperpigmentation, a deeper retinol peel, and a peel combined with dermaplaning.
