Crystal Dawn owns the studio in Oceanside, where she offers facials, waxing, virtual skincare coaching and an esthetician apprentice class. The studio is open Monday through Thursday from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm and is closed Friday through Sunday. Facial prices are listed as starting prices, and weekend pricing may apply to facials.

The facial menu includes a 75-minute Unwind Facial with an anti-aging focus and a 75-minute Comprehensive Acne Treatment for acne and acne scarring. There is also a 60-minute Men's Facial, a 60-minute Customized Facial that can include a chest treatment, and a 45-minute custom facial for inflamed skin, rosacea and acne breakouts, with a chemical peel available on request. Shorter options are a 40-minute back cleansing treatment, a 30-minute Glow and Go facial with an enzyme or chemical peel, and a 10-minute Emergency Extraction Session that can clear up to five pimples or include a 30% salicylic acid peel. For same-day acne or skin emergencies, a 2-minute high frequency treatment is offered at no charge; it is not suitable for people who are pregnant or who have metal braces or implants.

Facial waxing is offered for the nose, the upper lip, the lower lip, the chin, and the chin and jaw. A full face wax, with light brows, covers the brows, hairline, sideburns, cheeks and jawline. Virtual skincare coaching runs 30 minutes over FaceTime or Zoom and centers on a client's skincare goals, product recommendations and an at-home routine. Brands stocked in the studio include Image Skincare, CA Botana, GlyMed Plus, Face Reality and Skin Script RX. The online shop has 111 products listed. Gift cards can be purchased online in fixed denominations or for a custom amount.

The Esthetician Apprentice Class is a hands-on course for licensed estheticians or people currently attending esthetician school. It covers practice facials split 50/50 on each participant, facial massage practice, client consultation and education, and guidance on setting up a business. A 50% refundable deposit is required, changes made within 48 hours of the class carry a $100 rescheduling fee, and facial session recordings may not be shared with other estheticians or posted online.

Crystal builds personalized facial treatments and skincare plans, with product recommendations for use at home, and the studio describes its approach as personalized skincare that looks after the whole person.
