Facials range from a 30-minute gua sha mini facial with an enzyme gommage to 105-minute facials that include double cleansing, double exfoliation, extractions, LED, and hand, lip and eye treatments. There is a teen facial for clients under 19 that focuses on deep pore cleansing and breakouts, and a chemical peel facial that uses a gentle peel without extractions.

Booking and payment details: first-time eyebrow clients pay a $20 deposit that is deducted from the payment, and new clients booking a deluxe shaping or lamination pay a higher deposit. Online booking and Buy Now, Pay Later for in-person bookings run through the studio's GlossGenius page. Booking requires a credit card held for holding purposes only, and the card is not charged at booking. Clients can pay by cash or credit card, and applicable taxes are added to service prices. Clients are asked to arrive at least 5 minutes before facial appointments; a short grace period applies to late arrivals, subject to availability, and the service may be shortened. Cancelling within 24 hours or not showing up counts as a no-show and may carry a 30 percent cancellation fee. Clients with three no-shows cannot pre-book online.
