Skin By Char has been working with clients on skin concerns since 2004. Its facial menu includes more than 300 treatments, chosen to suit a range of skin types and conditions.

Every new client begins with a phone consultation before the first appointment, so the skin concern can be discussed ahead of time. Appointments are private and unhurried, with no waiting line. The business works as a team with the client, who takes an active part in reaching the results they want, and each step of the process is explained along the way.

Services are grouped into skin consultations and facials. The Diet Consultation is offered after a facial and covers foods to eat and foods to avoid for skin health. The Rejuvenating Facials are aimed at concerns such as acne, wrinkles and dark spots. The Age Defying Facial combines an oxygen facial with customized treatments recommended after the skin has been evaluated.

The business also sells the Char Skincare line. Products found to be defective or damaged on arrival can be refunded or exchanged. Product refunds or exchanges require the item to be returned in its original packaging, unopened and unused. Service fees are not refundable, in line with common industry practice. Refunds go back to the original payment method or are issued as credit for a future purchase.
