Facial work is built around each client's skin needs and goals. A visit typically opens with a consultation of about 35 minutes that covers medical history, skincare history and lifestyle factors, and it can be done virtually. A skin analysis and a skincare plan follow, and the studio sells retail products and aftercare for use at home.

The menu runs from a signature customized facial and a first-visit New Guest Experience to a longer Initial Skin Experience for new clients, which adds one advanced modality. Hydrodermabrasion is a noninvasive treatment that hydrates, exfoliates and infuses antioxidants, and chemical peels exfoliate the outer layers of skin and are offered for acne, hyperpigmentation, fine lines, wrinkles and uneven skin tone.

Waxing covers facial, body and intimate areas, and the studio has guests who have booked for years. Intimate waxing is currently offered only for female anatomy; clients with male anatomy are referred to other studios.
