The spa is in a suite at 9850 N. Central Expressway inside Mattison Avenue Salon Suites & Spa. Hours are Monday 11:00 am to 6:00 pm, Tuesday through Thursday 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, Friday and Saturday 10:30 am to 3:30 pm, and Sunday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Clients book through the salon's Square booking site. Clients who live out of town can start with a one-on-one video consultation for $100, which includes a review of their current skincare routine and close-up photos of the skin. First-time clients add the First Time Client consultation to a full-length treatment, and booking with Andrea Perkins requires a minimum service spend of $350.

The Hydrafacial range runs from Signature to Platinum, with Deluxe and Clarifying versions in between and dermaplaning options for several levels. The Deluxe version uses red light therapy and a targeted booster serum. The Clarifying Hydrafacial uses blue and red light and comprehensive extractions, and the salon says it is not recommended for severe or cystic acne. The Platinum level begins with lymphatic drainage. Hydrafacial treatments finish with a hydrojelly mask and a neck and shoulder massage using a CBD-infused product. For shorter visits, the Glow and Go dermaplaning and Hydrafacial options take 40 minutes at $130 and do not include manual extractions, masking, or massage.

Microneedling ranges from Liquid Microneedling, which uses microspears and can be performed on active acne, to growth-factor, Salmon DNA (PDRN), and exosome versions, with neck and chest options. The salon describes microneedling as a collagen-induction treatment that can help with the appearance of fine lines, acne scars, and enlarged pores. Several microneedling and peel services are not offered to clients who are pregnant or nursing, have had Accutane within the past 6 to 8 months, or have had Botox or filler within 7 days. Microneedling and peel services include a take-home aftercare kit, and clients are asked to avoid waxing, retinoids, and chemical or physical exfoliation for 48 hours before growth-factor microneedling.
