The approach is holistic. Each facial aims to bring body and mind into balance while supporting the skin's protective barrier against the environment. A first visit to the Simply LA facial starts with a skin analysis and a review of the client's current routine, then moves to a plan for facials and home care. The business describes its process as results driven and treats home care as essential to results.

Clients are asked not to cleanse their face on the day of a facial and to bring a photo or list of their current skincare routine. Two people can book back-to-back appointments by texting ahead so that both spaces are held. All facials are unisex.

Bridal parties have two options: the Bridal Series, a $370 package that begins three months before the wedding (a shorter timeline can be accommodated) and includes three Redondo Rejuvenation facials and two Cabrillo Cleanse mini-facials, and a discounted Zuma Zap for bridal party members booked two to four weeks before the wedding at $75. On-location facials are offered as house calls with a full facial, booked by email or text; no price is listed for them.

Payment can be made in cash, by Venmo or Zelle, or by credit card. Card payments carry a 2% service charge; the other methods do not. Cancelling or rescheduling with at least 48 hours' notice is free, while cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the total to the card on file. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in $85, $95, $100 and $120 amounts, or in a custom amount.
