The facial menu ranges from a one-hour acne-focused facial to a longer customized relaxing facial. Acne-oriented options include deep cleansing, extractions, an enzyme or chemical peel, Celluma LED therapy and a mask chosen for the skin, with the business noting that the products used are acne-safe and do not clog pores. Other facials add massage to the neck, shoulders, scalp, hands or chest, along with aromatherapy and ice globes. The Face Reality Acne Bootcamp is a two-week program for bootcamp clients. It starts with a two-hour-and-fifteen-minute enrollment appointment that covers home care, lifestyle and ingredients, along with education on acne, a customized routine and a first acne treatment. Bootcamp facials are then booked as part of the program. Face Reality products are not included in the enrollment price, and the business lists total product cost at about $200 to $230. Fills run every two to three weeks and require at least half of the existing lashes to be present. Full sets are customizable, and a separate removal service is available. After-hours appointments are offered at 6am, 7am, 8am, 6pm, 7pm or 8pm for an extra fee starting at $30, depending on the service.
