Booking requires a card on file and a $25 non-refundable deposit, which is applied to the service. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours ahead. Same-day cancellations or last-minute reschedules are charged 50% of the service cost, and a no call or no show is charged the full cost. Package clients who cancel or reschedule the same day pay a $25 fee, and a no call or no show removes one service from the package. Gift cards for facials or skincare are sold in $50, $150, $200, $300, or custom amounts. Products are sold online and shipped by USPS Priority Mail; unopened items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days, with the customer paying return shipping.
