The spa sits alongside the Washington County School of Esthetics, a licensed school that describes its classes as small. Its esthetician program is hybrid: online for two to three months, then in person for the final four months. Tuition plans are available through TFC Financial. Student services such as waxing, lash lifts and facials are performed by trained students at the school at lower prices, with a cash-only discount.

Visits start with a conversation about skin concerns. Facials are tailored from that discussion. The acne consultation looks at the type of acne and how diet, stress, skin care products, vitamins and supplements may affect skin. Acne Treatment includes a full skin analysis and is planned as a 90-day course, with significant changes expected around six weeks; the business says reductions can be seen in as little as one month. Clients on topical prescription medication should contact the business first and stop topicals two weeks before a treatment. Oral medications are accepted, except Accutane or isotretinoin.

Dr. Tracy Geiger serves as medical director, announced March 27, 2023, because Wisconsin requires a medical director for services such as microneedling.
