The menu centers on IV therapy, which is grouped into recovery, maintenance, women's health, longevity and medical infusion drips. Recovery options include hangover, jet-lag, stomach and post-surgery support drips, along with an athletic performance option. Maintenance drips include hydration, energy and stress-relief formulas, and longevity drips include NAD+ and Niagen versions. Some drips include prescription medication and need a provider order, and the Post-Surgery Support and Prenatal Care drips require clearance from a surgeon or OB/GYN. Extra fluid bags and IV add-ons can be added to any drip, and three-drip bundles are offered for select IVs.
Wellness shots, rapid tests and blood draws round out the menu. Blood draws are handled by a mobile phlebotomy visit, with samples sent to Quest Diagnostics. A $149 concierge fee covers the provider visit, collection and lab submission, and panels are listed from $39 to $449 without insurance. With active insurance, the lab analysis is usually covered, and the client pays any co-pay or deductible. Results are typically returned within a week. Rapid tests for COVID-19, influenza A&B, strep A and drug screening give results during the same visit.
Ongoing care on a regular schedule is available through membership plans. Each plan runs for a three-month minimum and then continues month to month, with no setup fee. Members receive priority booking and dispatch. A single designated person can share Signature and Longevity memberships, as long as they are at the same address. Unused IV credits from a membership carry over for 30 days.
Clinicians design a treatment protocol around each client's goals, confirm timing after booking, and follow up after treatment. Virtual consultations allow clinician guidance before a visit to plan a protocol.
Visits take place in the Mobile IV Lounge, a climate-controlled, private treatment space on wheels that can park at the chosen location.
