The menu is organized around set styles. Classic sets use 2 to 4 D fans for a soft, elegant look and are called the Adelia Set. Volume sets use 3 to 5 D fans for a full, fluffy finish that stays short of dramatic. Hybrid sets mix lengths, volume and color and are called the Audrey Set. Wet sets give a mascara-style look without the mess. Fox eye, mega volume, and anime or medusa sets are also offered, the last named the Victoria Set. Fills are available for each style, including a one-week Mini Fill, and Foreign Fill works over another artist's extensions.
Visits require a deposit to secure the appointment, with amounts that depend on the service. Clients should arrive with clean lashes, free of makeup and oils. Arriving 15 minutes late cancels the appointment and it must be rebooked, and no-shows may need full payment before rebooking a visit. Extra guests are not allowed unless approved in advance. Payments are accepted, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 after approval, which must be granted before the appointment.
Free Style Friday is a Friday-only lash set at $50 that requires agreeing to video or photos. Lash clusters, which are individual-free clusters that last up to two weeks with proper care, come with aftercare guidance covering oil-free eye products, daily cleansing, avoiding rubbing or pulling, and brushing with a clean spoolie.
Lash work is offered in named styles and fills, with clusters customizable for volume and length.
