Color and chemical services are not performed on first-time clients, and a 48-hour preliminary patch test is required before any color service. Color is offered only on hair extensions purchased from SK Luxury Extensions. For hair supplied by an outside vendor, the salon does not guarantee outcome or longevity. Extension purchases cannot be exchanged or refunded once a client leaves, and bookings and deposits are final and non-refundable.
