Quality, hygiene and attention to detail come first, with the goal of a clean, comfortable and polished visit. The waxing menu ranges from small areas such as the upper lip and underarms to full legs, Brazilian waxing and full body bundles. A first-time Brazilian includes aftercare, and a maintenance Brazilian is available for returning clients booked within the three- to four-week window; a return visit five or more weeks out is priced at the standard Brazilian rate.

Lash services include classic, hybrid and volume fills and fullsets, Korean lash lifts with or without tint, and a Welcome Fill for clients who had lash work done by another technician. Brow services include mapping and waxing, tinting, lamination, and a Signature Brow Sculpt that combines lamination, custom tint, mapping and waxing. Facials include the Glow Reset Express.

Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Changes made with less notice are charged 30% of the service total, and no-shows without notice are charged 50%. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have appointments shortened, rescheduled or canceled, and may still owe the cancellation fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.
