The salon side is organized into three groups. Basics covers haircuts, clipper cuts, children's cuts, wash and blowdry, and updos for special occasions. Color and Extensions covers partial and full foil, root touch-ups, root-to-end color, balayage or ombre, and hair extensions, which require a consultation first. Treatments and More includes keratin and full keratin treatments, an express conditioning treatment, a scalp treatment and waxing. Hair extensions, coloring and esthetic services are offered at the Saugus location.

On the tanning and wellness side, the menu includes several UV beds such as the KBL K11 Air, KBL K7S, KBL P9, S-Class XTT and KBL 6800 Alpha Pearl, along with stand-up booths. The Bermuda Triangle booth is a stand-up option that tans in under 10 minutes. Spray tanning is done with a VersaSpa Pro, with clear or bronzer solutions, and can be paired with WellFit Skincare add-ons. Red light and infrared services include Poly Pro Red Light Therapy, Cocoon Holistic Cleansing in an infrared session, and a full-body R11 Air Red Light Therapy bed. The business says the R11 is the only FDA cleared red light therapy bed on the market, and that Poly Pro is a Class II medical device FDA cleared for over-the-counter use.

Memberships come in tiers: Bronze, Gold, Hybrid, Sunless, Wellness and Lifestyle All-Access, priced from $69.99 to $125 per month. Each membership requires a three-month commitment and carries no cancellation fees. Thirty-day memberships and single drop-in visits are also available.
