Sivana Skin & Laser is a laser hair removal clinic in Davie, Florida, founded by Narissa. The name comes from a Tibetan phrase translated as Oasis of Enlightenment. Laser hair removal is the main service, with treatment menus for women, men and full body work.
Each visit starts with a free consultation of about 10 minutes. Clients can also have a virtual consultation with the Laser Technologist before the first appointment, scheduled at least one day ahead. Full body treatment can be built as a package around the client's goals and preferences. The business says its treatments are almost pain-free and fast, and that a cooling tip eases sensation during each pulse.
Pricing is set out as single sessions, a membership and limited-time promotions. Memberships are available for students and school staff at $169, for women at $199 and for men at $229, each with a one-session-a-month minimum. Promotions bundle underarm and Brazilian treatments, and some add full legs. Memberships cannot be combined with other promotions, shared or suspended.
Clients are asked to shave the area 24 to 48 hours before treatment using only a manual or electric razor, and to avoid waxing, tweezing, bleaching, threading and depilatory creams for 4 weeks beforehand. Sun exposure and tanning should be avoided for at least two weeks before and after. The recommended interval between sessions is every 4 to 6 weeks. Pre-treatment forms must be completed before an appointment is confirmed.
A fee of 50% of the single-service price applies to appointments cancelled 24 hours or less ahead, and to no-shows. Missed appointments don't count against the sessions left in a prepaid package. Prepaid packages and deposits can't be refunded or transferred to another person, and treatments already received aren't refunded. Clients under 18 must come with a parent or legal guardian.
Uses only FDA-approved laser devices with triple-wavelength technology, and the business describes its care as combining medical expertise with a personalized client experience.
