The owner describes the goal as a team of master artists delivering high quality work and good customer service, with clients leaving feeling more confident, inspired and informed.

The studio's lash menu covers classic, hybrid and volume full sets, fills, touch-ups, lash lifts with tint, tints, and full extension removal. New lash clients who have had lashes done elsewhere have a consultation at their first visit and should plan for about 90 minutes. Fills are generally needed about every three weeks, and a full set is required once more than four weeks have passed or fewer than 20 percent of extensions remain. The salon states that extensions do not need nightly removal because each synthetic lash is bonded to one natural lash, and it recommends touch-ups every two to three weeks, avoiding waterproof mascara and using lash-specific cleansers and a daily lash wand.

Brow services include shaping, semi-permanent tinting, lamination, and a men's brow grooming option. The skin menu is broad, running from a signature HydroGlow facial that combines hydrodermabrasion with oxygen infusion and custom serums, to a HydroPure facial designed for acne and congestion, to HydroGold and HydroPlatinum facials that add LED light therapy, hydrojelly masks and, in the platinum version, dermaplaning. Chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microcurrent and lymphatic drainage are also available, and several facial packages of four are offered.

Waxing ranges from small areas such as the nose, lip and chin to full leg, back and Brazilian bikini waxes. The studio also offers creative collaboration opportunities for photoshoots and projects.

Booking requires a credit card kept on file. Cancellations or changes need 48 hours' notice made through the Square booking system, and late changes or no-shows may be charged 30 percent of the service fee. Services are not refundable, but the studio is open to feedback and will make adjustments. Children are not permitted at appointments. Gift cards are sold online in fixed amounts or custom values.
