Manicures and pedicures run in tiers. A basic manicure covers shaping, cuticle care and polish, while an organic manicure adds a scrub, hot towels, a paraffin treatment and organic massage cream. Pedicures range from a regular service with shaping, cuticle cleaning, a sugar scrub, callus removal, a hot towel, foot massage and a color finish, up to a 45-minute spa pedicure with a sea salt treatment, massage and paraffin, a 50-minute collagen treatment in six steps, and a 60-minute golden pedicure with a 25-minute massage and a foot paraffin treatment. Extra massage time and extra gel can be added to any pedicure.

For longer-wearing color and length, the salon offers dipping powder, which it describes as a mix of gel polish and acrylic that is applied without LED light and lasts up to three weeks. More than 100 dipping powder shades from many brands are available, along with chrome, cat eye, French and ombre finishes. Other extension options include acrylic full sets and fill-ins, builder gel, liquid gel and Gel X, a flexible press-on nail that is cured like gel and can be removed easily. The salon states that its gel polish lasts 14 days without chipping and without damage to the nail bed.

Combo packages pair a pedicure with a dip or gel manicure, or a repedicure with a dip, gel or regular manicure. Waxing covers the lip, chin, brows, underarms, arms, legs, bikini, back, chest and full face, with brow tinting available. Children under 10 can have polish changes, manicures or pedicures with a free design.

Hygiene is a stated priority. Buffers and files are used once and then discarded, tools are cleaned and disinfected before reuse, every pedicure is done with liner protection, and staff are trained to follow a sanitization protocol.
