The menu is broad. Classic braids include singles in regular sizes and Senegalese twists. Crochet, soft locs and twist styles range from crochet with front individuals to kinky, medium, small and mini twists. Fulani braids, ponytails, feed-ins and stitch braids sit alongside goddess, boho and gypsy knotless styles, and the knotless menu runs from extra-small to large sizes, with coily and French curl options. Miracle Knots come in 8 to 10 row and 12 row versions, and traditional box braids come in regular and small sizes.

All-human hair Boho braids are offered in 8, 10 and 12 row versions, priced by size. The kids' Princess Corner covers natural hair braids, feed-in cornrows, box braids, knotless braids and goddess braids. Men's braids are priced from $70 to $200, and that service is booked by consultation.

Booking is online or through approved channels, and a name, phone number and email are required. Some services take a deposit that goes toward the total, with the balance due on the day. Appointments can be cancelled or moved up to 24 hours ahead without penalty, while shorter notice may forfeit the deposit. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have the appointment shortened, changed or rescheduled, and full charges can still apply. Hair should arrive clean, dry and free of heavy product, since washing, detangling or blow-drying can cost extra. Service times shown at booking are estimates that depend on length, density and style, and extra length or thickness may add a charge.
