Appointments are booked through the studio's GlossGenius booking page with a $25 deposit, or by texting 816-666-2297 to view services and schedule. Booking is by appointment only. The studio is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 11 AM to 6 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and is closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday.

Beyond in-studio nail services, the studio makes handmade press-on nail sets to order using Gel-X soft gel tips. Each design is hand-painted, so color, placement and finish may vary slightly from piece to piece. Clients can choose a pre-designed set from several collections, or use the Create Your Own Set option to upload a photo or describe the look they want. Designs not on the website can be requested by contacting the studio. Press-on sets can be reused with proper removal and care.

Email replies typically arrive within one to three business days, which may take longer during holidays, sales or busy periods. Order inquiries should include the full name, the order number, a short description of the concern and photos if relevant.
