The studio is open Thursday through Sunday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm and is closed Monday through Wednesday. Clients can reach it by phone, by email, or through the contact form to get help booking.

Booking runs on a deposit system. A $30 nonrefundable deposit is requested by invoice when booking and must be paid by the end of the day to hold the appointment time. Deposits come back only if the owner cancels for an emergency, illness or a similar reason. Appointments can be moved within 48 hours, and the deposit can go toward the new date within that window; otherwise it is forfeited and a new deposit is needed. Arriving after a 15-minute grace period cancels the appointment. Same-day requests are sent by message to the salon's phone number, and squeeze-ins before 10:00 am or after 8:00 pm carry a $35 fee. Because the suite is small, extra guests are not permitted.

For nail enhancements, clients should arrive with bare nails or book a soak-off for work done by another technician, though gel polish does not need removing. Sets grown out past four weeks are soaked off and a new set is applied. Fill-ins and maintenance are booked every two to three weeks or at the four-week mark. Any issue with a service within the first 48 hours should be reported so the studio can arrange changes, repairs or accommodations.

Custom press-on nails are ordered by message with the desired name, specifications and photos of both hands and thumbs beside a penny. They take three business days to make before pick-up or delivery is arranged. Delivery is $15 and covers Baltimore County and Harford County only. House call visits are listed on the booking site. The remaining balance is paid by card on Square; cash is not accepted.

The studio works by appointment, with clear rules on deposits, timing and nail prep, and matches pedicure services to the condition of the feet, moving clients who need advanced foot care to a medical pedicure.

A small suite with limited space, so appointments are for the client alone.
