The studio's stated mission is to be a safe, non-judgmental space where clients leave feeling more confident. The studio has an under-the-sea theme, and the business describes its services as a luxury experience. New clients pay a $20 deposit for most facials, brow lamination, and Brazilian + Vagacial. The Mermazing Brightening Peel, which is not offered to first-time clients, and the Mermazing Basic Mani for new clients each require a $25 deposit. Early-hour or after-hours appointments are available for a $35 fee on request. House calls may be possible on request with a $150 fee plus the service price, and calls beyond a 10-mile radius add $4 per mile driven.

The studio is open Monday from 11 AM to 6:30 PM and Thursday through Saturday from 11:30 AM to 7 PM, and is closed Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday. Cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead carry no fee; later cancellations are charged 50% of the initial service price, and no-shows 100%. One reschedule is allowed with the same deposit, and further reschedules need a new deposit. Clients running late are asked to contact the studio, and late fees may be paid in boba or snacks. Clients are asked to read all policies before booking. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, or $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
