Every visit follows what the studio calls The Siren Method, which keeps consultation, technical standards and approach consistent across the team. Each service opens with a Siren Blueprint consultation so the stylist and guest agree on a plan first. Cuts are done dry, in the hair's natural pattern. The studio uses organic, low-tox formulas from cleansing through color, and it offers add-on treatments for scalp detox, hydration and repair.

New guests and returning guests who have been away more than six months start with the Siren Experience, a two-hour first visit that includes a custom dry cut and hands-on coaching. Returning guests seen within the last six months can book the Signature Session, a 90-minute visit with a dry trim, hydration and styling, which does not include a styling lesson or major shape change. Pricing starts at $75 for short crops and clipper cuts and at $210 for dimensional lightening and cut, with add-ons from $30 to $55. Each service includes a consultation, so separate haircut consultations are not offered. Appointments are booked online only, and the salon does not book through social media, email or calls. Adjustments requested within 5 days are free within the original service scope with the same stylist.

The studio is cashless and accepts major cards and Apple Pay. A $25 fee applies to cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours notice, and the salon reserves the right to refuse service for discrimination, harassment or harmful behavior. The salon does not offer perms, and hair services are offered for children who can sit still for longer sessions.
