The brow menu includes Brow Lamination + Tint, a customized lift, shape and tint for a fuller, styled brow with added definition; Brow Wax + Tint, which pairs precise shaping with a custom tint without lamination; and Signature Brow Wax, a customized shaping service for maintenance. Lip services include Lip Blush, a customized permanent makeup treatment that enhances natural lip color, and Lip Neutralization, a corrective treatment for unwanted dark, cool, brown, gray or purple lip tones before a target color. Permanent makeup options are Ombré Powder Brows, Nano Brows and Combination Brows. A 20-minute PMU Consultation costs $50 and is applied to the balance if the permanent makeup appointment is booked within 3 months. Online booking is available for brow services, permanent makeup, lip services and training classes.

The business says permanent brow results typically last about 1 to 3 years and lip blush about 2 to 3 years, varying by individual. Healing typically takes about 7 to 14 days, and final results are evaluated around 6 to 8 weeks after the appointment. Clients are asked to avoid alcohol for 24 hours before a permanent makeup appointment, to avoid tinting brows immediately before, and to have any brow waxing or threading done at least 48 hours prior. Only aftercare products recommended by the studio should be used on the treated area.

Siren Beauty Academy offers small, hands-on, in-person permanent makeup training with limited availability. Three programs are offered: Ombré Brow Training, a three-day program priced at $3,500; Brow Master Training, a four-day program priced at $4,200 covering Ombré Powder Brows, Nano Brows and Combination Brows; and Ultimate Mastery Training, a five-day program priced at $6,000 that adds Lip Blush, plus Faux Freckles and Beauty Marks as bonus techniques. Every program includes a professional PMU kit, student portal access, digital resources, a student business guide, an 8-week apprenticeship, business coaching, continued mentorship and a certificate of completion. Students also get supervised live model work. Lamination and waxing training options are offered too. Payment options may be available and are discussed during admissions.

Deposits are non-refundable and a card is kept on file to confirm each booking. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead, or the deposit is forfeited and a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service applies. Same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit and the remaining balance is charged. Appointments more than 20 minutes late may be canceled. Permanent makeup requires a signed consent form and valid photo ID, and minors must be accompanied by an adult with valid ID. Children and extra guests are not permitted during appointments unless approved. Services, training and products are not refundable, though eligible products returned within thirty days receive store credit.

Each permanent makeup service starts with a consultation and design, followed by pigment and technique chosen for the individual, and a perfecting session may be added after healing. Natural brow hair is worked into the design, and tattooing does not begin until the client approves the final brow shape.
