The salon uses Certified Organic products before, during and after services, with keratin treatments as the one exception. It also states that its menu pairs Certified Organic foods with organic products, which is the salon's own description.

Basic services don't need a prior consultation, coloring clients are encouraged to consult at least 24 hours ahead, and every extension service requires one.
