Every visit can begin with a free consultation of about 15 minutes, where the desired look, the condition of the hair and a suggested plan are discussed. Color options range from clear and color glazes and partial or full single process color to face frame highlights, partial and full highlights, and partial and full balayage. Fantasy colors are offered in bright shades; the price depends on the amount of hair and where the color is placed, is settled at the consultation, and must be done on bleached hair. Bleaching is an added cost unless it is a refresh or the hair was bleached before. Fantasy looks with more than one color cost extra and need to be agreed before booking.

For smoothing, the studio offers a formaldehyde-free Cezanne smoothing treatment, a Brazilian Blowout and a keratin treatment, all priced from $200 or more and taking roughly two to two and a half hours. Add-ons include Olaplex and BondRX, a deep conditioning treatment and a 10-minute head massage. House calls are offered, and clients can pay in person or with Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Clients who cannot make an appointment are asked to let the studio know as soon as possible so it can be rescheduled.
