Services are grouped by type. Acrylic work includes refills, overlays and full sets, and refills are only done over the technician's own previous work. Spa pedicures come in basic, standard and deluxe levels with regular or gel polish. The steam, clay mask and massage are part of the spa versions, the standard and deluxe levels add a hot stone massage, and the deluxe level also includes a paraffin wax treatment.
Nail design add-ons are priced by how much of the nail surface they cover. Simple designs cover one or two fingers without freehand work, gems or 3D art. Medium designs cover two or more fingers and can include freehand work, full-nail chrome and a few gems. Complex designs cover all ten fingers with intricate work, chrome isolation, 3D art, gems and rhinestones. Simple, medium and complex designs need inspiration photos sent 24 hours before the appointment, and freestyle designs are priced by the technician after a short consultation.
The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 9 PM and Saturday from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and it is closed on Sunday and Monday. New clients pay a $15 deposit for most services, or $20 for Polygel Extensions with a regular pedicure. New clients are asked to arrive with bare nails or book a soak off before several full-service enhancements. Same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the booked price, and no-shows are charged the full price. Shaving is not recommended within 24 hours of a spa pedicure.
