Services are organized into Wigs, Weaves, and Ponytails; natural hair styles; maintenance; and luxury services. The menu runs from simple wash and consultation services to full sew-ins, quick weaves, frontal and closure installs, tape-ins, Microlink extensions and custom made wigs. Bundles are sold in several length ranges, from 16 to 20 inches up to 24 to 28 inches.

The salon's stated aim is to leave clients looking and feeling good, and better than when they arrived. Visits come with a few house rules: children and extra guests are not allowed at appointments, and a 15 minute grace period applies, after which a $20 late fee is charged. Appointments are cancelled if a client is more than 30 minutes late. Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be moved to another appointment. Changes can be made up until 24 hours before the appointment.

Lace must be brought in clean, or a $15 charge applies. A $25 fee applies to wash wigs on the day of the appointment, and a $50 fee applies if hair or wigs need detangling, which clients can avoid by combing through their hair beforehand. All hair and product sales are final with no refunds; clients who are unhappy with a purchase are asked to contact the salon.
