Sincerely Artistry is located at 7081 10th St N in Oakdale, Minnesota. Lash extensions are the core of the menu, with full sets in three looks: a classic-style Wet Mascara set with narrow closed volume fans on each natural lash, a Volume set, and a Wispy Volume set.

Full sets take 2 hours 30 minutes to 3 hours and cost $170 to $190. Fills are for returning clients only and must be booked within 21 days of the initial set. The Wet Mascara and Volume fills take 2 hours 30 minutes at $105 and $115, and the Wispy Volume fill takes 3 hours at $125. A fill booked after 21 days is treated as a full set. Lash removal, done professionally, costs $30 and takes 30 minutes. Lashes done elsewhere are not refilled here; those clients book a removal and a full set.

Beyond lashes, the studio offers permanent makeup, including lip blush and permanent makeup touch-ups, and a tattoo service listed at $50 that takes about 1 hour 30 minutes.

Booking runs on a deposit. A full set requires a $50 booking fee, a refill requires $25, lip blush requires $100 and a touch-up requires $50. Each fee is deducted from the service cost at the appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours ahead through the link in the confirmation email. A second reschedule needs a new booking fee, and cancelling within 48 hours forfeits the deposit.

Some house rules apply. Clients must be at least 18 years old. Arriving 20 or more minutes late means the appointment is cancelled. Extra guests and children are not allowed unless the studio is told in advance. Prices may change without notice, and the business may refuse service. Completed appointments are not refunded, so clients who are unhappy with a service should notify the studio within 24 hours. Clients with an eye stye, pink eye, an allergy, lice, or who feel unwell are asked to cancel.
