Stephanie opened the studio in 2021 after about five years working in waxing at a waxing chain. It is a one-person business: she is the owner and sole esthetician, and the studio is located on West Bowles Avenue inside the Fifth Avenue Salon Suites.

The studio's focus is on the health and integrity of each client's skin. Services are grouped into facial waxing, body waxing, and facials and tinting. Clients who are unsure of their skin type can have a skin analysis and receive a skin care plan. Most waxes take about 15 minutes, while full face and full legs take 30 minutes. The studio says waxing stings a little and the discomfort passes quickly.

Booking requires a card on file, which is charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead, no-shows without notice on the day, and arrivals more than 7 minutes late.

Hours are Monday 10 to 4, Tuesday 2 to 7, Wednesday 10 to 4, Friday 9 to 3, and Saturday 9 to 2; Thursday and Sunday are closed. Clients can call or text 720-391-1154 or email simplyyoustudiollc@gmail.com.

Treatments are planned around the condition of each client's skin, with retail products ranging from results-driven treatment lines to clean and organic options.
