Simply Suite Salon

Simply Suite Salon is a newly built space designed for independent beauty professionals to rent. Four chairs sit on the main floor, and renters can also rent a private room.

The salon was founded on sharing knowledge and supporting fellow renters. Its owner, Gina Renee, started out renting chairs as an independent hairstylist before buying the salon. The salon describes itself as inclusive and welcoming to everyone, and aims to be a relaxed place where clients and renters feel safe.

Renting options include full-time arrangements, with rates on inquiry and the first month at half off. Part-time renters working three days a week share a station with one other renter, and the first month is free for a part-time renter who refers a second part-time renter. Day-to-day renters book space as it becomes available during listed hours of 9:00am to 6:00pm.

Renters have 24/7 on-site access and receive weekly professional cleaning, free Wi-Fi, limited liability insurance, and a starter pack of business cards. Utilities are included and parking is free. Each station has access to a backbar, towels, a color closet for mixing and storage, and a dryer station. Renters also have a private bathroom, capes for clients, an on-site mini fridge, and retail space.
