The studio describes its signature Simply Spoiled Facial as an exclusive treatment, and its VIP treatment as result-driven. The Simply Spoiled Facial is a 55-minute service that includes double cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, hydration, a sheet mask and LED light therapy. Skin consultations are complimentary, so clients can talk through their skin before booking a treatment.

Spray tans use Luxury Sunless Tan solution and can be customized. The studio lists rinse times by shade: one to three hours for light, four to six hours for medium, six to seven hours for dark and eight hours for darkest.

Online booking is available for the SouthPoint location only. Payment is due at the time of service, and cancellations need 24 hours' notice. Clients who miss an appointment without notice may be charged. Clients should not wear mascara to lash appointments, and lash issues must be reported within three days to qualify for a complimentary fix.
