Appointments are split between two places. Sunday through Wednesday visits take place at Buckhead Signature Nail Salon, while Thursday through Saturday visits are at the homebased studio. Hours are Monday through Wednesday 9 AM to 8 PM, Thursday and Friday 9 AM to 6:30 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 4:30 PM, and Sunday 12 PM to 6 PM. Sunday appointments carry an additional $100 charge.

Sets range from a simple set and an acrylic overlay with no tips to French tips, artist freestyle, client freestyle, acrylic fullsets and Apres Gel-X fullsets, with prices starting at the amounts listed. Add-ons include French bling and full nail bling, priced per two nails with gems or charms of the client's choice, along with intricate designs. Fills, rebalances, manicures, repairs and returning-client soak-offs round out the menu.

Deposits and fees are set per service: manicures require a $10 deposit, and returning-client soak-offs and repairs carry a $5 deposit. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours incur a 50 percent fee. A 10-minute grace period applies before a $15 nonrefundable late fee, and appointments are cancelled 15 minutes after the scheduled time if the client has not arrived. Clients can send questions through a contact form that goes by email to Ariana Jones, and custom design inquiries should be made before booking. Gift cards are available through the booking site.

Custom work is shaped around each client's own inspiration, and intricate freestyle sets are booked at the latest available appointment time with quotes available in advance.
