The Face Reality Acne Program is the studio's acne offering. It begins with a consultation, which is required before any Face Reality treatment or home-care purchase and can be done in person or as a 45-minute video call by Zoom or FaceTime. The program pairs acne-safe products with a routine for home use and in-studio treatments every two weeks, which may include exfoliation, extractions or a peel. A six-treatment program is listed at $560, and the studio describes the system as evidence-based and guided by certified Acne Experts. A teen-specific option, Teen Clean, is a one-hour facial for younger skin with acne, congestion or oil imbalance, priced at $115.

Facials range from the Signature Express Facial, a one-hour treatment priced at $125, to the Classic Signature Facial at $155. The Classic Signature Facial takes about 75 minutes, uses Korean-inspired techniques and includes skin analysis, double cleansing, steam, extractions, a purifying mask and a massage of the face, neck and shoulders. Packages of three are available for the classic facials and dermaplane treatments.

Other in-studio options include chemical peel sessions at $125 for 45 minutes, which use medium-depth peels for pigmentation, signs of aging and acne, and custom peels adjusted to a client's skin needs. Procell Microchanneling, at $299 per session, uses a device to create tiny channels in the skin that the studio says help serums absorb. Packages of four and six are also offered. Waxing covers the face and body, and the brow menu includes shaping fitted to each client's face shape, along with a keratin brow lamination that the studio says lasts up to two months.

Tinting uses custom-blended dyes chosen for each client, for brows, lashes or both. Skin consultations are 30-minute skin analyses that include recommended at-home products and treatments. The studio also sells skincare from several product lines through an online shop with free shipping on online orders, offers gift certificates and eGift cards, and runs a yearly VIP Membership at $199 with discounts on facials, waxing, tinting and retail.
